Our purpose-built therapeutic space is designed to provide a safe, welcoming and comfortable environment for the children, young people and families who come to visit us. We believe that this therapeutic space helps us achieve positive outcomes for our clients.
A dedicated therapeutic space
Located in the heart of Tunstall, our five-storey building features a range of therapy rooms, training areas, office and storage space to help us deliver the best possible therapeutic interventions and assessments.

A specialist training facility
We regularly host training courses, which are delivered in our specialist facility. This is where we host our face-to-face TR-UST training course, as well as other training programmes for parents, carers and organisations.
Our new space from 2021
In December 2020, we purchased a new property to support our growing business. Located next door to our existing property, this fantastic 1920s building offers us more space to accommodate our growing team. We have moved all our clinical and admin staff into this building and have converted some of the space into additional therapy rooms, including space to undertake virtual sessions. We’ve knocked a doorway through, so that the new building can be accessed through our current space.
This new property supports our expansion plans, particularly into the realm of online training and webinars. We have also built two ‘Zoom Rooms’ to help us deliver online sessions.
Our new building used to be a bank and comes complete with a useable cellar and working bank vault. We’ve moved our archived client files into the vault – because you can’t get more secure than that!

Please note that our property is located on a pedestrian walkway. It can be difficult to find, especially when using sat nav systems or Google Maps. The best option is to navigate to your chosen car park, then use the below Google Maps link to walk to our building. Alternatively, please call us on 01782 919520.

Please note that there is parking behind our building, however this is reserved for market stallholders. Please don’t park here, especially on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Public transport
There are a number of bus stops adjacent to our property on the Tunstall High Street. These connect Tunstall to Hanley, Newcastle, Crewe, Biddulph and more.
Our nearest train stations are Longport (2 miles) and Stoke-on-Trent (5 miles). You can access Tunstall High Street by bus from both stations, although you may need to change a few times. Please check the local bus timetable for up-to-date information.
